An additional service that can be included in a standard home or building inspection can be an Infrared (thermal imaging) evaluation. It’s an advanced, non-invasive technology that allows the inspector to help illustrate to our clients’ things about the home or building that can’t be visually seen using standard inspection methods. Thermal imaging can help possibly find answers with issues such as, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water intrusion, water damage and possible microbial growth if needed. A thermal imaging evaluation can be critical information to help a buyer, seller or agent decide regarding the home or building.
